Ingredients

Each Capsule Contains:
Vitex (Chasteberry) Extract (Vitex agnus-castus) (fruit) (Standardized to 0.6% Aucubin) 80 mg
Other Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Dosage

1-2 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.
